Then select Maps from the ribbon and then select 'Map Options' and make sure 'Enable FSX Sim GPS is checked. Then select Settings on the left ribbon and make sure 'Allow GPS in background' is off. If you can get data on your phone that implies that the issue is with the tablet. It should start up with a notice saying that you have 'Location Disabled'. What I was suggesting is that if you cannot get ADS-B data on multiple EFB's on that tablet that it is an issue with the tablet rather than the EFB. You can clear the saved log files by following the instructions here.Īs for troubleshooting your original issue I was not suggesting that you switch to a different EFB. The option is going to be moved to a hidden tab shortly as so many people turn it on for no reason. There is no need to turn logging on unless you are trying to capture a specific problem.

I'm sure they will add a lot more over the next couple of years as well.į has always been free and I hope it will stay that way. But from a navigation perspective, it's very accessible and easy to use and the approach plates are geo-referrenced.
